Shipping Policies

We always value any amount of business from our customers. We always make efforts to deliver, free of charge, to our customers their purchases. However, we cannot deliver all purchases to all of our customers. The following are our general shipping policies:

1. We deliver, free of charge, a purchase with an invoice amount of over $3,000 to the purchasing customer whose own warehouse, or whose consolidation warehouse is located within 20 miles of our warehouse at 9674 Telstar Ave., El Monte, California.

2. We deliver by ourselves for a charge to be accepted by the purchasing customer, or ship collect by a trucking company designated by the purchasing customer, a purchase of any invoice amount to the purchasing customer whose purchase does not qualify for our free delivery.

We reserve the right to revise or update our shipping policies in response to new circumstances and conditions.

Any information provided to us by users of our website, either through a registration process, by sending information by e-mail or online forms, will be used only by us and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Although we make all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of user data, transmissions made using the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. New Star 21, Inc. will have no liability for disclosure of user data due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
